Does the app need to stay running?
Yes. This desktop app maintains connections and copying workflows. Closing it stops tasks assigned to that instance. Keep power, network and the runtime environment stable.
Can an MT4 source copy to MT5?
The product includes MT4 and MT5 copying paths. Verify your combination against connection mode, server version, permissions and contract specifications, rather than relying on the platform names alone.
Can one source copy to several followers?
One-to-many copying supports independent follower settings. Actual scale depends on licensing, the machine, network and broker limits.
What if a server cannot be found or connected?
Confirm the complete server name, platform and account details, then inspect the network and connection response. A successful latency test does not prove trading permission.
How do I map XAUUSD to a suffixed symbol?
Use explicit symbol mapping or suffix conversion. Also verify contract size, digits, minimum volume, steps and trading sessions. Matching text alone does not establish contract equivalence.
Which sizing mode should I use?
Fixed, multiplier and equity-based sizing use different calculations. Work out the target volume and test it in a demo account. The tool does not choose your risk settings.
Does manual refill wait for a history check?
The verified manual path queues the selected orders in the background without waiting for historical reconciliation. In-flight protection prevents repeated clicks; a later deliberate submission is a new manual instruction.
Why can a batch contain both fills and rejections?
Each request may encounter different prices or account conditions. Inspect actual responses for volume, margin, order limits, permissions, sessions, quotes or request-frequency issues. Demo versus live alone does not establish the cause.
Are cancelling pending orders and closing positions the same?
No. A close handles a filled position; cancellation handles an unfilled pending order. An order can fill during the action, so review the final server state.
Is zero latency or a fill on every order guaranteed?
No. Network conditions, submission method, the broker, account conditions and the market affect execution. Speed figures are meaningful only with explicit test conditions.
Why does another instance taking ownership stop this window sending?
This instance is not the sender for that account. Check which instances are running and which one owns execution. This is different from receiving a source notification or getting a broker rejection.
How do I find an issue in the logs?
Use event categories, order IDs, times, operation type and error codes. Distinguish process messages from final results.
What if a high-resolution display still looks wrong?
Record the resolution, Windows scaling, software version and a screenshot of the affected page. A correct main window does not prove every dialog and scaling combination is correct.
What if my accounts disappear after upgrading?
Check that you launched from the original working folder and preserved its data. Keep backups and compare paths and versions before attempting migration.
Does this website need my trading password?
No. This website accepts no trading passwords and provides no trading login or funds operations. Describe your use case and redact sensitive information in screenshots and logs.

Original folders and updates
Several old packages and shortcuts may exist on the same machine. Confirm the working folder, back it up and follow the upgrade instructions.
Official upgrade packages should identify the version and checksum and contain no customer data. Existing users retain their own account data.
